Meeting Schedule
We invite you to come down and join us at our monthly meetings which are generally held at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of every month (except January, July and August) at 825 Sherbrook St., 2nd floor. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Family and friends are welcome!
There is a $3.00 drop-in fee for non-members.
Parking available on the South side of the building.

Tai Chi for Active Living

The Fibromyalgia Support Group is sponsoring Tai Chi classes at the Society of Manitobans With Disabilities, 825 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg.
Tuesdays:
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Beginner)
Tuesdays:
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. (Advanced)  ​​​​​​​​​​​​
Cost: First 10 Week session $55. FM Support Group members and subsequent sessions $50 for 10 weeks
The next session begins: (10 Weeks) January 8th, 2019 - March 19, 2019
                                              (No Class January 29th, 2019)
Classes are suitable for all people living with a variety of disabilities.

Call and come out for a trial class even after the session has started.
